Dolphin Swim School
Learn to swim with us...
Dolphin Swim School is a local Swim England affiliated school with fully qualified, experienced instructors (SEND qualified). We offer small groups and private swimming lessons from 6 months - adult, covering the Swim England stages 'babies' all the way through to stage 10. We teach swimming lessons in the Bucks & Herts area - our swimming pools are located in Tring & Aston Clinton.
The team at Dolphin Swim School are here to support you on your swimming journey. Our teaching; encourages confidence, is fun and helps build a life-long skill.
Emma
Owner & Manager
Emma is the owner and manager of Dolphin Swim School. Swimming has always been a part of Emma's life, swimming competitively as a child and then teaching it to others as an adult. She feels passionate about the positive impact swimming can have on children, not only for their health, but for their safety, their confidence and their enjoyment. When Emma is not at the swimming pool, she can often be found teaching Pilates. Emma also owns and manages The Pilates & Yoga Hub.
Emma has an enthusiastic, professional and caring team who work alongside her who are dedicated to teaching children to swim.
Amanda
Head Teacher
Amanda has over 35 years of teaching experience and has worked for Dolphin Swim School for many years - she is a favourite with swimmers and parents alike! Amanda has previously worked within Sports Management and alongside swimming development initiatives. Having swum competitively to a high standard for many years, she is undoubtedly very dedicated to teaching all ages to swim and enjoy swimming as a sport. Amanda is very passionate about swimming as a life skill for all.
Amanda has coached at a number of Swim Clubs and currently at Tring Swimming Club - which we recognise as a great pathway from Dolphin Swim School.
Michelle
Business Administrator
Michelle has worked for Dolphin Swim School since 2021 - she prides herself on being friendly & efficient. Michelle is always at the end of our emails, ready to help in whichever way is needed.
When Michelle is not answering emails, she can be found listening to Taylor Swift or spending time with her family.
Dolphin Swim School Staff
Emma is assisted by a number of poolside staff. Her poolside instructors are highly qualified ASA instructors who are DBS checked and appropriately insured. Dolphin Swim School follows the National Learn to Swim Framework as devised by Swim England.

Even within the class, the team really comforted, focused and supported her and she was soon swimming with confidence. Last week, the lesson was full of smiles and she loved it.
